After a thorough selection process and due diligence, Intellifi has been selected as Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CHMC)’s service provider for the Canada Greener Homes Loan under the Canada Greener Homes Initiative. Intellifi is responsible for the origination and servicing of loans.

The initiative will support up to 175,000 households in making their homes more energy-efficient and helping them save money while creating a greener and cleaner environment for future generations.

Through interest-free financing, in addition to the Canada Greener Homes Grant, Canadians can complete more costly retrofits that will significantly impact a home’s environmental footprint and energy bills. These retrofits will also help the economy by creating new jobs across the country.
