We want you to grow with our company and care about your development. Besides our annual performance review and regular touch bases with your manager, we also offer cross-training to try other departments, shadowing teams, and formal and in-formal mentorship opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary and bonuses for our full-time employees.
We aim to offer a flexible hybrid workspace whenever possible. Some of our teams are able to accomodate remote work, and flexible schedules. This varies from position to position, and team to team. 
We believe in formal training and further education, and therefore have an education reimbursement program in place for those looking to learn and gain more knowledge related to their role and future goals. Additionally, employees can receive paid and unpaid study days. 
Everyone needs time off - to travel, to rest and recharge, to spend time with family and friends. Our full-time employees start with 3 weeks vacation, 2 personal days, and 5 sick days.  
We celebrate ourselves, our growth, and our accomplishments. We organize regular fun in-office activities and off-site company socials, such as our summer and end of the year parties. We also have a spotlight program and weekly internal newsletter recognizing our employees.
